You should be creative, organized, and communicative to successfully implement events. Experience in event management is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also very welcome. Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience are also important qualities you should possess.
What is your responsibility:
Monitoring and organizing convoys to ensure that all participants arrive safely and on time.
Communication and coordination with other freight forwarders and participants during the convoy
Ensure that all traffic rules and regulations are followed during the convoy.
Reporting and feedback after the convoy's completion to identify improvements for future convoys.
